How does the NDIS Checkout work? 
Add items to your cart and choose INVOICE FOR NDIS (don’t click the blue Checkout button). Enter your details, then the participant’s details, including NDIS Number and shipping address. You won’t pay at checkout—you’ll be able to download your NDIS invoice immediately.
Where do I enter the participant’s NDIS details?
After selecting INVOICE FOR NDIS, fill in the purchaser’s details (this can be you or the participant), then add the participant’s full name, NDIS Number and shipping details before completing the order.
Will I be charged if I choose “Invoice for NDIS”?
No. Choosing INVOICE FOR NDIS creates an order without payment. You’ll receive a downloadable invoice to submit for payment through your NDIS funding arrangement.
I’m Self-Managed—how do I pay?
If you’re self-managed, submit the downloaded invoice and process payment through your NDIS myplace portal as usual.
I’m Plan-Managed—what do I do next?
If you’re plan-managed, email or forward the downloaded invoice to your plan manager. They’ll pay the invoice on your behalf using your approved budget.
I’m NDIA-Managed (Agency-Managed)—how do I submit payment?
If you’re NDIA-managed, email your invoice to ndis@dailyorders.com.au and include the participant’s date of birth and the budget you want to use for this purchase.
